I have worked as a professional engineer and registered geologist for 13 years in County planning with an additional 22 years as an environmental professional.   Working in these areas has provided me the knowledge to critically look at a property and the potential issues that can arise with home purchase.  As a senior professional, I was a mentor to many staff and have extensive experience conveying technical issues and was effective at negotiating with clients and governments.  I have the experience to be able to help clients with purchase and sale of residential properties and to identify and address potential issues before they complicate the sale. I am a navy veteran and have a certification as a Military Relocation Professional, which allows me to assist military personnel with buying and selling homes as part of their permanent change of service orders.
